Shipping

One flat shipping rate per order, free above the amount shown in your cart. Shirts are printed when you order (2–5 business days) and then shipped with tracking. The tracking link arrives by email and is always on your order status page.

Lost, damaged or wrong items

You don’t pay to ship problems back. Instead:

1. Open your order status page (link in your confirmation email, or use find my order).
2. Select Report a problem and tell us what happened.
3. We email you back with a free reprint or a full refund.

Wrong size

Every shirt is printed for one order, so we can’t restock a shirt in the wrong size. If the shirt doesn’t match the size chart, report it as a problem and we’ll make it right.
